Award Ceremony | The Largest photo Mosaic of the Country Built at MOME

The country’s biggest LEGO mosaic has been built. The unique photo mosaic, made of 169,416 cubes, was created by Évu Szabó, a student of Graphic Designer MA Department at MOME, winner of the joint competition of Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design and LEGO Hungária Kft. - Talent Awards 2020/21.

We cordially invite you to the inauguration ceremony of the mosaic photo, consisting of 169,416 LEGO bricks, which has been created with the involvement of over 100 people as a result of over 300 hours of work. On this informal event, you can join the last stage of the LEGO mosaic construction.

Programme

·       The final parts of the mosaic will be built by a team of disadvantaged young people, who specialise in building LEGO mosaics, led by the Association called tekerd!.
·       The participants will be greeted by the representatives of LEGO Hungária Kft. and Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design.
·       The ceremonial insertion of the last LEGO mosaic piece together with designer Évu Szabó.
